Question 1

What is Martha's Vineyard Book Club?

Accepted Answer

Martha's Vineyard Book Club is a children's book subscription inspired by the warmth and wonder of Martha's Vineyard. Each month, families receive a carefully chosen kids' book, beautifully gift-wrapped, with a small surprise—so parents and grandparents can share a love of the island and books with the children in their lives.

Question 2

Is this a book club only for people who live on Martha's Vineyard?

Accepted Answer

No. We ship nationwide across the United States. Martha's Vineyard inspires the brand's coastal charm and sense of discovery. The books themselves are curated from everywhere—not only island-themed titles. Occasional Oak Bluffs pop-ups are planned so visitors and locals can meet the brand in person.

Question 3

Who is Martha's Vineyard Book Club for?

Accepted Answer

It is designed for young readers and the adults who love them—especially parents and grandparents who want a meaningful, recurring gift that builds a home library and a shared reading ritual. The initial focus is children roughly ages 3–7.

Question 4

Are the books only about Martha's Vineyard?

Accepted Answer

No. The Vineyard inspires the experience—the warmth, curiosity, and gift of story time—while monthly selections may include classics, hidden gems, coastal themes, and stories from many places and voices.

Question 5

What will arrive each month?

Accepted Answer

Plans include one age-appropriate children's book, beautiful wrapping with Martha's Vineyard Book Club branding, a small child-safe surprise or keepsake, and a short note with a family reading prompt. Exact details will be confirmed before subscriptions open.

Question 6

When can I subscribe?

Accepted Answer

We are launching soon. Join the Founding Families waitlist by email, or follow us on Instagram, to hear first when memberships and gift subscriptions open—and when Oak Bluffs pop-ups are announced.

Question 7

Do you ship outside Martha's Vineyard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shipping is planned nationwide in the United States so grandparents, parents, and gift-givers anywhere can send stories to the children they love.

Question 8

Will there be events on Martha's Vineyard?

Accepted Answer

Yes—occasional pop-ups in Oak Bluffs are planned to introduce the brand, share sample packages, and welcome founding families. Dates will be shared on this site and on Instagram.
